Submitting a PSA

If you would like to submit your Public Service Announcement or Event for inclusion on our on-air and website listing please email click here

Your information MUST be in at least TWO WEEKS before your event for consideration.

Due to the high volume of requests, we do our best to accomodate as many as time & space contraints allow for.  All Public Service Announcements are announced in rotation.  This is a community service we offer for non-profit organizations only.

Thursday, July 29th

The Arts Council for the Northern Adirondacks presents Boreal Tordu, a French Acadian Quartet, at Ballard Park in Westport at 7pm.

The North Country Cultural Center for the Arts on Brinkerhoff Street in Plattsburgh wraps up its “Jumpin’ in July” concert series with “Sissy” from 5pm to 7pm. For tickets and information, call 563-1604

The Town of Wilmington presents “Flashback” at the town beach at 6:30pm.

The Burlington City Arts Free Concert Series wraps up with New Zealand rocker Gin Wigmore at Battery Park beginning at 6:30pm.


Friday, July 30th

The Montgomery Town Library is holding its 2nd annual Wine & Cheese Reception and Silent Auction from 6pm to 9pm at Phineas Swann Bed and Breakfast, 195 Main Street (Route 118) in Montgomery Center. For details, call Jay at 326-4306

A blood drive for the American Red Cross sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Lake Placid is being held at the Olympic Center from noon to 6pm.

Enjoy Texas style cuisine and help solve the murder of Bubba Angus with “Honky Tonk Homicide”, murder mystery dinner theater at the Westport Federated Church at 6pm. For reservations, call 962-4465

“Afterthoughts”, a vocal ensemble performing patriotic and show tunes, takes to the Samuel de Champlain Center Stage at the Rouses Point Civic Center at 7pm.

The Highland Weavers entertain at the Richmond Farmers’ Market, which is held from 3pm to 6:30pm on Volunteers Green.



Saturday, July 31st

The North Ferrisburg United Methodist Church is having its annual “Lobsterfest” at 227 Old Hollow Road with seatings at 5pm and 6:30pm. By reservation only, call 425-3020.

Four Vergennes cheerleaders have qualified to perform in the 84th Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and are raising funds to be there with a garage sale in West Addison. Tupperware featured at the sale. For more info, call 759-2762

Billings Farm and Museum on Route 12 North in Woodstock opens its 24th Annual Quilt Exhibition, which runs through September 26th. For details, visit www.billingsfarm.org

Plattsburgh H.O.G. is sponsoring a ride for the CVPH Foundation. Registration is from 9:30am to 10:30am at North End Harley Davidson. All motorcycles are welcome. Registration includes a meal and prizes will be awarded. Call

The Town of Jay, New York is seeking nonperishable food donations through August 1st for the Food Pantry in the Community Center in Au Sable. Drop off food items at the Supervisors Office from 8am to 4:30pm weekdays.
